This project featured ground-up construction of approximately 250,000 SF of conditioned space. The heart of the HVAC system is the central plant, featuring two 375-ton centrifugal water-cooled chillers, two open-loop cooling towers, and two 3,000,000 BTU/h high-mass condensing hot water boilers. Classrooms are conditioned by fifty-nine vertical fan coil units. Supporting spaces are conditioned by 16 air handling units and 117 air terminal units.
