This complete renovation of a 37,800 SF facility is conditioned by 3 NOA-rated, chilled water rooftop air handling units, along with 1 interior air handling unit. The building is cooled by 3 80-ton air-cooled chillers and is heated by 77 air terminal units featuring electric re-heat. This AHCA-inspected facility required coordination between several trades to ensure that all life- safety systems were installed and functioning properly. Despite the tight ceilings and aggressive schedule, the project was completed on time.
